ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS REGULATIONS
The City Council will continue a public hearing on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 7:00 pm to consider an ordinance to amend Titles 15 and 17 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code in order to regulate Accessory Dwelling Units citywide, while incorporating the state mandated legal requirements.
At its meeting on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider a Resolution to regulate and allow for accessory dwelling units in single family residential zones in conformance with State law.
